How it works
Move through the five layers one at a time. For each job to be done — book notes, projects, journaling — pick the app that owns it. Add jobs we missed, drop the ones that aren't yours.
Get a color-coded diagram of your whole system: which apps are the workhorses, where jobs overlap, and which jobs have no home at all.
Export your stack as a PDF, an Obsidian markdown note, or a real Obsidian .canvas file you can drop into your vault and keep refining.
